We do not match prices for products found on Amazon, Ebay, Price Lines, Google merchant's or Yahoo Shopping.

We reserve the right to refuse service, sale or a price match on any item if the advertised price is below wholesale value, or other reasons.
Shipping Agreement
Free Shipping** on most orders placed within the United States (Except in Hawaii and Alaska) unless otherwise noted. Some products may require an additional amount for shipping and handling due to weight or dimensions**. Items or orders over 50 pounds or 48 inches long may be subject to charges at the time of shipment. If an item that qualifies for free shipping* costs more to ship than the payment can cover, Music Gear For Less may request additional funds or cancel your order if denied funds. We reserve the right to refuse free shipping on any order for any reason**. We cannot ship overseas.

Most if not all orders ship free to locations within the United States (unless the payment does not cover shipping)**

Orders from outside the U.S. will have shipping cost added at time of shipping.

All orders will be processed after a 24 hour verification.

We ship through UPS and FedEx Ground. We can NOT bill your UPS account.

Gear may also be shipped overnight or second day air for an additional fee. If you need a different shipping method or need to rush an order, please send an e-mail to sales@musicgearforless.com with details.

MusicGearForLess ships merchandise from several warehouses in the United States, so you can usually expect to receive your shipment within three to ten business days.

We cannot aways guarantee that that an item is in stock, or that the advertised price is correct or up-to-date. If we are unable to ship/complete your order for any reason, We will cancel it and any funds we have collected will be returned in full.
International Buyers – Please Note:

International buying is not recommended because of the cost to ship, but if you are buying internationally, please e-mail us ahead of time with information of your location or other important information at sales@musicgearforless.com so we can give you a shipping quote.

We do not mark merchandise values below value or mark items as "gifts" - US and International government regulations prohibit such behavior.
Return Policy
If the customer returns an item, The customer must pay the amount of the shipping on the return. Music Gear For Less can not be held responsible for damages due to shipping or any other devices. All returns must be shipped to the manufacturer for processing, exchange or repair. Note: the original shipping charge included in the sale price is non-refundable. Clearance items are also non-refundable. All returns must include a RMA number on the shipping label. Without the RMA we have no way to credit your account for the return. RMAs and shipping instructions can be obtained by emailing us at support@musicgearforless.com Any items, packaging or paperwork missing from your order or labels on show case box can result in restocking fees up to 15% per violation. Contact our friendly support team to insure that your individual needs are handled correctly. We are just a phone call away!
Attention! All products are only returnable for exchange, instore credit or partial refunds! (Cash refunds are subject to a restocking fee) The fact that the manufactures only give a refund for the product, not the original shipping cost that is figured into our sale price means that we lose money every time an item is returned (even when and if they provide a return label with RMA#). On any given item refunded, we can experience as much as 50% loss. If you must return an item for cash refund we can only give you 95% of your original payment at best.
Unopened New Products:
You may return any unopened brand new product (except products mentioned below) within 30 days of your products shipping date for exchange or store credit. Shipping and handling charges are NOT refundable. All returns must have an RMA#*.
Defective Products:
You may return all defective products to the manufacture (after receiving an RMA#*) for credit or exchange within 360 days from the date of shipment. (if you need help, do not hesitate to contact us by phone or e-mail (see the contact area of our site or the bottom of this page). If part of a product is defective, please return the whole product, including all manuals and accessories, in the original packaging.
If one of these terms are not met there will be an additional fee of up to 15%.
Warranty is void if serial tags, receiving numbers, product stickers, or manufacturer seals have been removed, altered or tampered with. Warranty is void due to mishandling, improper use, or defacing of the product.
Return Policy Notes:

After 45 days, you may contact the manufacturer directly or contact us for return options depending on the manufacturer and warranty terms.

All returns must include a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA#*). NO returns, of any type, will be accepted without a RMA* number. Please provide customer name, invoice number, and the nature of the problem when calling or emailing for a RMA* number.

We cannot issue credit for any return without an authorized RMA#*

Merchandise can be returned only if in original manufacturers packaging, same condition as sold, with all literature/instructions/documentation and blank warranty cards.

Place the manufacturers box into a shipping carton. Please do not place stickers or shipping labels on the original manufacturers package. Ship to us PRE-Paid (Unless we provide a prepaid label). For your protection insure the package and ship via a traceable method; we are not responsible for lost or damaged packages.

If a package is returned missing any of the manufacturers supplied accessories or there is obvious damage or visible wear and tear to the unit Musicgearforless.com reserves the right to refuse the return, or charge you a restocking fee of not less than 15%.

No returns will be accepted if the manufacturers box and/or packaging material is missing.

If shipping label Is placed on gift box, points will be deducted from the refund.

If any of the above conditions are not met, Musicgearforless.com reserves the right either to refuse the return or to charge a restock fee of not less than 15%.

We will only accept a return or exchange of an exchange order up to 10 days.

Products damaged due to improper or inadequate packaging when returned are not granted warranty coverage.

There is no charge for repairing products covered by warranty apart from shipping costs.

We will cover shipping on some (Not all) return orders*.

We recommend that products returned by mail be sent via UPS, Fedex or USPS with insurance or other insured postal services. Musicgearforless.com accepts no responsibility for loss or damage occurring in transit.
To return an item see our returns page and enter your information. We will contact you with return shipping details and RMA number.
* Return shipping is the customer's responsibility. We cannot issue you a return label: we can only forward one from the manufacture if provided.
All prices and information is subject to change at any time without notification.
** Taxes and Shipping and handling charges are included in the sale price. if the conditions arise that the Tax or shipping and handling should exceed the amount allowed in the sale price your order would be canceled unless other payments arrangements are made.
